ENA has small meeting to seek support
Likely just a formality since the project consultant had already been chosen
In May 2016, a short presentation was given to a small crowd of neighbors to describe the proposed historic district.
Based on what they declare to be a positive reception and show of support among the approximately 80 attendees, the ENA continued to prepare the application for a historic district. (The number of attendees vary from 60-100 based on eyewitness reports. The ENA claims 250 attended, without providing any evidence.)
